Founded by Lili Chiacchio and Heather Bradfield.

One engineer, one operator, twenty-plus years each of making systems work for the people who use them.

Lili Chiacchio

Co-founder, Technology

Lili is an engineer by training with a master's degree in mining engineering, which is to say she is used to systems where a missed step is expensive. She spent five years at a highly regulated mining technology company, most recently as a product owner, shipping software to the people who had to use it and watching where they got stuck, before striking out on her own.

That is the lens she brings to a law firm's stack: what the work actually requires, and where people will stall. She leads Arcadia's support desk and technical work: platform administration, integrations, automation, and AI implementation.

Heather Bradfield

Co-founder, Process

Heather has spent more than twenty years running operations in businesses where volume and accuracy both matter. She managed contact centers for close to a decade, then led data processing operations for a regional tolling authority, then spent five years at UnitedHealth Group before running her own operations consultancy for healthcare organizations from 2018 to 2025.

Since 2025 she has served as Executive Director of a Dallas litigation firm, responsible for its operations, systems, staffing, and contracts. At Arcadia she runs the operational side of every assessment: mapping how a firm's matters actually move, then shaping the technical build around that, so the systems run the way the firm does.

Support lead

Caio has been the fix-it person for years, the one every organization he worked with learned to call first. At Arcadia he runs the support desk: he keeps the shared inbox moving and is usually the first voice a client hears when something stops working.

We work with firms that treat their people well and want systems that reflect it. We say no to work we are not the right fit for, and we say so on the first call.

Start with a 30-minute call.

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you whether we can fix it and what it costs.
